5 ways of keeping yourself hydrated

With the kind of heat that we are facing in April itself, it becomes important to keep ourselves hydrated throughout the summer. A common telltale sign that you are not properly hydrated is the color of your urine. It should be a pale yellow color, if it′s darker than that, you′re not drinking enough.
