Fruit Salad with whipped Cream

Summer is here and this is the time to eat fruits in various styles… be it raw, fresh squeezed juices or as fruit salads. This is my simple recipe of a fruit salad with whipped cream, something that both children and adults would gobble up happily.

Ingredients

  1. Apple 1
  2. Guava 1
  3. Orange 1
  4. Banana 1
  5. Cherries ¾ the of a cup (sliced in halves)
  6. Pomegranate ½ cup
  7. Whipped Cream 1 cup

Process

Wash and cut the fruits in chew-able sizes and mix them together in dessert bowls.

step 2

STEP 2 – Use a mixer to whip the whipping cream to soften it further

STEP 3 – Pour the cream onto the fruit bowls & let it refrigerate for an hour

NOTE:

Serve chilled

You can use other seasonal and nutritious fruits; just ensure that they are not sour.
